Metroid Zero Mission GBA
Well if you havent' lived in a cave for 2 years, you should know that Nintendo brought back it's NES hit, Metroid for Prime and Fusion. Well know, Samus's first real bounty hunter mission is in Metroid Zero Mission. I just bought this one and I have to say that it's amazing and probally on of the best GBA games you'll ever play. Its really good. Well this planet has been taken over by space pirates and a new alien like force called a Metroid is being re produced on the planet. Samus Aran has been sent there to stop the leader Metroid, the Mother Brain, from totaly destroying the planet and the universe. Samus must travel back to this planet which holds here childhood memories, the place where Samus was raised, behind to defeat the Mother Brain. Well on the game there are diffrent types of normal weapons, plasma, ice, and long beam. Missles, super missles, bombs, and super bombs. Armor and many other things. This makes the game look like more of a mini 2D Prime on the GBA. It's very addicting. I have gotten through I'd like to say half of it, and know I'm stuck. It's hard to find out where cirtiant things are making this a possible puzzle or stradegy game a little more then an adventure or action game. Still good though. The controls are pretty good, and the extra features are great. There is a link up to Fusion for more of an art gallery, original metroid , and other stuff. Well if you like hand held adventure action games, this has a high replay value for you. It's made by Nintendo and is out for the GBA. Its' 1 player and cant' go online. Its E and is already out. I give it a 9.25 because it has glitches but is really good. More to come...

Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga GBA
I got Mario and Luigi at GameStop today and I can't put it down! I've played it only 2 and a half hours but I feel like I've played it a lot longer. The game is challenging. I always like challenges in a game, especially GBA games. You think of GBA and you think of crappy games, easy games. But not in this case. This has challenges. A lot of challenges. The battle system reminds me a lot of the battle system in Final Fantasy X-2, the way it flows. It starts out like FFX2, spot an enemy and it attacks you. A star covering up the screen means its tome for battle. Then you switch characters as you battle. It ends with the adding up of EXP points. One thing I like about this game is the Bro. moves. You do different combos in battle for the specific move that Mario and Luigi have. Mario has spin jump and Luigi has high jump. You can use them as moves in battle. You can also use the moves outside of battle. No, you don't need a gym badge to do it like you do in Pokemon. You learn the moves in Stardust Fields or something similar to that and you can use them for the rest of the game. The graphics are the best I've ever seen in a GBA game. Ever! Yeah, Zelda graphics are good. MaL have the same graphics but in a way better. But without a doubt, Zero Mission has probably the best GBA graphics. But anyway, we're not talking about that. Boss battles. They are tough. I'm stuck in an area beating a dragon in the 3rd area in the game. You go around in a circle I think. I'm not that far in the game so I wouldn't know about it. I personally love the game. I am addicted to the game. It has a really high replay value. It won't last forever. But for a while. But I know I'll forget I have it in a month or to like I did with Super Circuit. But I recommend it. For Mario and non-Mario fans. I give it a 9. It is rated E and is now available.

Lifeline PS2
I just picked up the new head set that picks up clearer and has a mute button so I thought I'd get this game. Lifeline has got to be almost as interactive as the Eyetoy! It's amazing saying dodge and shoot and Rio kills the alien. Well first let me explain the story line. The first space hotel goes up into space. Millions of people have reserved a place on it as soon as possible. The people who get to go on it first arive in a space ship (not this game is in the far future). They all get in in a good time and everything goes right the freakin drain when aliens take over the hotel. They slaughter all the guests except for two to the knowledge of the gamer. The person in the control room, all locked up and safe. And Rio, the girl who doesn't understand. You use the USB headset to talk to her and give her commands on how to get into the control room and get off the space hotel. It can be frustrating at times for her to listen to you, if you just speak clearly without being an idiot, you'll beat it in time. On one of the levels I played, you had to get the shutter key for Rio to get out of the room shes in. Really early in the game. Really easy. Since I just got it, I'm not to far. But I can tell, this game rocks. For anyone who likes interactive gams, RPG-ish games like Superstar Saga and Kingdom Hearts, or just like games that are kind of like Half Life, I recomend it. It's made by Koonami and is out on the PS2. Its' 1 player and doesnt' go online. It's M and is all ready out. You need any version of the USB headset to use it though. I give it a 8.25 cuz it's good but is kind of frustrating. More to come...

New Nintendo Handheld, NOT A New GBA
I'm shure some of you have heard at least the fact that Nintendo is making a new handheld. For all those of you who have just got a SP recently and don't want to dish out more money, dont worry. It's coming out later then you think. Plus it's not a GBA. First off it called a Nintendo DS. DS stands for Duel Screen as it has 2 screens. That seems confusing, but I'll explain. There will be two screens that will be looking on a normal play screen and a map, stat or health bar, or an nother side of a sports feild so your not confined to just one spot on one place. This will make it much easier, or much harder. We personaly think that it's harder. It's better to have a little map in the corner of the screen so you can look at the normal screen and at the map. Two screens can be anoying to look up and down. Same thing with the sports feilds and the stats. It all depends on how you like to play games. It's graphics will compare to the new PSP because it has a simalar process or. Speaking of the PSP, for rivaling reasons, when ever the PSP comes out, Nintendo will launch the DS around the same time. Not to early, not to late. But the DS is even more similar to the Zodiac. It has the same processor for it's main screen. Thats right, it has two diffrnet hard drives for each screen. The main screen will be the better hard drive. It's games won't work like either the PSP or the Zodiac. It will still stick to cartrages. Having a laser light and seperate screens on diffrent hard drives will make the rechargeable battries have a short life spand. It will use like I said, rechargeable batteries similar to the SP to power it's drives. It won't have the same screens as the SP though. The SP has a backlight to light up the screen. The DS might have an itact light that is inside the actual system lighting up both screes with the same light. It might be to complicated so they'll just sack it and bring back up the backlight though. Cost vise, it will probally cost around $150 to $200. Making it cheaper then the PSP will be, which might cause some problems with PSP's release and sale. Well thats' about all I got. It's made by Nintendo and probally won't play GBA, GBC, or GB games. It will have a link up to up to 4 players max if all goes well and will hook up to the GC if not a N5 (more to come on that one) and probally won't have online wireless connection. It' will have E to M games and will be out around the time of the PSP (some time in '05 after the delay)(more to come on that too). More to come on the DS... (Like the pic?)
